Exhibit 1
Description:
ADDITIONAL TIME REQUIRED

KNWA-TV IS A SATELLITE STATION THAT NEXSTAR BROADCASTING, INC. ('NEXSTAR') ACQUIRED FROM J.D.G. TELEVISION, INC. ON JANUARY 7, 2005. IN AUGUST 2004, THE FCC GRANTED AN APPLICATION TO MODIFY KNWA'S DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT TO PROVIDE A MAXIMUM EFFECTIVE RADIATED POWER OF 1000 KW. IN OCTOBER 2004 THE FORMER LICENSEE RECEIVED CONSENT TO MOVE KNWA-TV'S ANALOG STATION TO THE SAME LOCATION AS THE DIGITAL STATION. NEXSTAR INTENDS TO USE ONE ANTENNA FOR BOTH STATIONS AND HAD ORDERED ITS COMBINED ANTENNA FOR DTV OPERATIONS AT 200 KW (THE PREVIOUS ERP). AN ANTENNA FOR THE COMBINED OPERATIONS AT 1000 KW WILL BE ORDERED SHORTLY. HOWEVER, THE NEW COMBINED ANTENNA IS HEAVIER THAN THE PREVIOUSLY PROPOSED COMBINED ANTENNA AND A TOWER STUDY WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED TO DETERMINE IF THE TOWER CAN SUPPORT A HEAVIER ANTENNA. NEXSTAR IS WORKING DILIGENTLY TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.
