DUE TO A CLERICAL ERROR, THE NUMBERS LISTED IN THE DTV TRANSITION-RELATED PSA'S AND CST'S RUN LAST QUARTER AND THE 100 DAY COUNTDOWN SECTIONS WERE INCORRECT ON THE ORIGINAL REPORT; THIS AMENDED REPORT CORRECTS THOSE ERRORS, REFLECTING THE NUMBER OF PSA'S, CST'S AND 100 DAY COUNTDOWN DISPLAYS RUN DURING THE QUARTER COVERED BY THIS REPORT, WHICH STILL EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM NUMBER REQUIRED.

Section B (For broadcasters electing Option Two)

On its analog channel, and its primary digital stream, a station must run an average of 16 transition-related PSAs and 16 transition-related crawls, snipes, and/or tickers per week in each quarter, all between the hours of 5 a.m. and 1 a.m. It must also run one 30 minute DTV-related informational program once, and one 100-Day Countdown piece per day for the 100 days prior to the conclusion of the transition. Comment boxes MUST be used to describe these compliant activities (See rules for additional details).

DTV SPOTS HAVE BEEN ON OUR STATION SINCE NOVEMBER 1, 2007. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN RUNNING THE DTV SPOTS ON OUR D-2 AND D-3 CHANNELS.

FOR MORNING SHOW NEWS TICKERS, THE DTV MESSAGE APPEARS A MINIMUM OF THREE TIMES OVER THE TWO HOUR PERIOD.

ON NOVEMBER 10, 2008, THE ABC NETWORK BEGAN AIRING A 100-DAY COUNTDOWN CLOCK GRAPHIC, ONE (1) TIME PER DAY FOR A TOTAL OF 52, MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, DURING "GOOD MORNING AMERICA." THE GRAPHIC IS SCHEDULED TO RUN DURING THE LAST HALF-HOUR OF THE PROGRAM (8:30-9:00 A.M.), AND PROMOTES THE TOLL-FREE PHONE NUMBER AND THE WEB SITE ON ALTERNATE DAYS.

THE GRAPHIC AND AUDIO, :10 "COUNTDOWN" SPOTS AIRED TWICE A DAY EACH DAY SINCE NOVEMBER 10, 2008, EXCEPT SATURDAY, 11/15/08, WHEN THE CLOCK DISPLAYS WERE PREEMPTED FOR BREAKING LIVE NEWS COVERAGE OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WILDFIRES. THE SMAE GRAPHIC AND AUDIO DISPLAYS ALSO AIRED TWICE PER DAY ON OUR DIGITAL CHANNEL.
