KDVR'S MAIN ANALOG SYSTEM HAS FAILED AND KDVR IS OPERATING AT APPROXIMATELY 15% OF AUTHORIZED POWER.

DUE TO THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME UNTIL JUNE 12, 2009 AND THE NEED TO FOCUS STATION RESOURCES ON ENSURING A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO DTV SERVICE, THE LICENSEE BELIEVES IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IT WILL BE UNABLE TO RESTORE FULL ANALOG SERVICE BY JUNE 12, 2009.
