Between 01/01/02-03/31/02, WNEM-TV ran a total of 14 hours 42 minutes of educational and informational PSA's. A list of topics covered by those PSA's is attached to the station's copy of this form as Exhibit A.
Non-broadcast efforts of the station which related to educating or informing children 16 years or younger are contained in the station's copy of this form as Exhibit B.
On Saturday, 03/09/02, "Wild Moments" was pre-empted from 11:00-11:30AM due to CBS sports programming. This program's second home was unavailable, therefore, the program was rescheduled for Saturday, 03/09/02 from 10:30-11:00AM.
During the second quarter (May 4 & 5), CBS plans to preempt its block of children's programming and air a "Blues Clues" marathon in place of the other four shows carried by WNEM. Thus, all CBS programs except "Blues Clues" will air 12 times during the quarter, and "Blues Clues" will air 17 times (13 times plus the 4 additional marathon episodes), and "Wild Moments" will air 13 times. In each of the time slots where children normally receive educational/informational programming, there will be such a program aired.
