		Our Weather Reporters and anchors regularly visit schools in the Central Indiana viewing area to give presentations on facts and features of the science of meteorology. We have also set up several “Weather Schools” as a part of our “WeatherNet,” which is a network of weather situations that are located across Central Indiana. More than 50 sites are up and running and the data can be seen on our website at www.wishtv.com We Value Youth - Marsh Supermarkets, Touchstone Energy and WISH-TV invite the community to nominate a young person for the We Value Youth Community Service Award. Over $5,500 in U.S. Savings Bonds are awarded to deserving young people: a $100 bond to each weekly winner and a $1,000 bond to each of 3 finalists. I Love to Read - To help kids learn to love reading, classrooms all around central Indiana participate in our “I Love to Read” Program. The program is presented by Indiana's Governor Frank O'Bannon, First Lady Judy O'Bannon and local sponsors. The month long challenge is experienced by many children. Students keep track of the minutes he or she spends reading for fun. Every student who participates in the Challenge will receive a certificate of achievement. Students who read at least 2500 total minutes will receive a special "Outstanding Reader" sticker, as well. Students will also qualify for the "I Love to Read" Challenge drawing for a $500 savings bond for a local sponsor. For the weekend of May 4-5, 2002, the CBS Television Network preempted BOB THE BUILDER and DORA THE EXPLORER in order to schedule two episodes of BLUES CLUES. Consequently, due to the broadcast of the 500 Festival Mini Marathon, WISH-TV preempted these programs, and scheduled the BLUES CLUES episodes on May 5, 2002 at 11:00 and 11:30 AM (the "Second Home"). In February 2002, CBS received an informal opinion from FCC staff that the preemption of the regularly scheduled E/I programs would not present a problem both because the rules anticipate some preemptions and because the preemptions were for other E/I programming.
