		On Sat., 11/8/03, and Sun., 11/9/03 The CBS Television Station preempted The Wild Thornberrys, Chalkzone, Little Bill, and Dora the Explorer in order to schedule four additional episodes of Hey Arnold! In the past, CBS had received an informal opinion from FCC staff that the preemption of regularly-scheduled E/I programs would not present a problem both because the rules anticipate some preemptions and because the preemptions were for other E/I programming. These six episodes follow the adventures of Arnold and his friends (specifically Gerald and Helga) during that special time in life when friends are as important as family. They were identified in the usual print outlets as previously described in 4b. On December 14, 2003, Chalkzone and Little Bill were preempted for a CBS Special Report on the capture of Saddam.
