On March 13th, 2004 WISH-TV pre-empted Awesome Adventures due to CBS's coverage of the 2004 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. (Question # 5, program # 6). Awesome Adventures was later broadcast on 3/14/04 at 11:00 a.m. Also on March 13th, WISH-TV shifted the Children's Programming lineup to coincide with the line-up shift at the CBS Television Network. WISH-TV continues to participate in a number of projects that compliment our Children's Programming line up. January 26, 2004, WISH-TV hosted a Forecast 8 Weathernet Weatherfest at the Children's Museum Of Indianapolis. This was to help inform our area young people about weather and weather situations that they see and hear about on our broadcasts. February 7th, 2004, we sponsored the Prelude Awards competition. This is a program that recognizes area young people for excellence in the arts. And finally, on March 15th, WISH-TV was a table sponsor for the annual Center For Leadership Development Awards banquet. The Center For Leadership Development is a local institute that teaches young people the skills they need to become successful in college and beyond.
