		The commission should note that live coverage of U.S. Open tennis on 9/1/07 resulted in two half-hours being made-good on 8/25/07. On 8/14/07, technical problems prevented DISTANT ROADS at 11:30am, from running to completion. The entire program was repeated on 8/28/07 at 12 Noon.
