		CARE BEARS WILL BE PREEMPTED ON WNEM-TV ON 3/14/09 DUE TO CBS SPORTS PROGRAMMING. THE PROGRAM WILL BE MADEGOOD ON 3/29/09. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670, with respect to all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under. In addition to the educational or informational programs listed in this report, the station broadcast the following programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under that were not core programming: "The Outdoorsman" (WNEM-DT2, Sunday 10/5, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/14, 12/21, and 12/28/2008 6:30pm-7pm)and "Degrassi: The Next Generation" (WNEM-DT2 Mon-Fri 1:30pm, five half hours 10/1/08-12/31/08). Also note, since the 3rd Quarter of 2008, "Aqua Kids" and "What's Up, Que Pasa" have changed their age range from 8-13 and 9-14, to both 13-16.
