KPTV produces and airs on-going PSA's that help to enhance the educational
and informational needs of children. During this quarter the station
aired a significant number of children's public service announcements. Public Service Campaigns targeting the health and safety of children and teens that ran during the quarter included "Drive Safe for Life","Diabetes", "Foundation for Adoption", "Foster Kids", "Foundation for a better life", "Healthy Lifestyles", "Kids First", "Mentoring", "Operation Graduation", "Partnership for a drug free America", "Oregon Partnership Parenting Class", "Portland Children's Museum", "Ronald McDonald House Charities", "Shriner's Hospital", "WIC" and "YWCA".
