WKRG-TV regularly airs public service announcements on children's health and welfare issues. WKRG-TV has educational weather stations in two elementary schools and the local children's musuem. WKRG-TV employees read and conduct educational seminars in area schools. WKRG-TV offers tours of the station to local school and scout groups. On November 11, 2008 WKRG-TV added DT 5.3 (27.3) with RTN network programming. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670, with respect to all programs speciifically designed for children ages twelve and under.
