DOCUMENTS DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH CLASS A OPERATING REQUIREMENTS (18-HOUR A DAY OPERATION AND LOCAL PROGRAMMING), CHILDRENS PROGRAMMING COMMERCIAL LIMITS, AND ISSUES AND RESPONSIVE PROGRAMS WERE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE LICENSE TERM, ON A TIMELY BASIS, WHEN IF REQUESTED BY ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC, BUT WERE ORGANIZED INTO MORE SUITABLE FORM FOR UPLOADING TO THE COMMISSION'S ONLINE WEBSITE AFTER THE ONLINE PUBLIC FILE RULE BECAME EFFECTIVE IN AUGUST OF 2012.
